Our 30 minute classes are designed for maximum results. We start every class with a 3-5 minute coach demo and then we go right into our 30 minute workout. We get you in and out quickly while giving you an amazing full body workout. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels from beginner to experienced athlete. Contact us for more info!
